Expression of Interest Hiring of Chartered Accountant Firm for IFRS-16

 The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd, a Scheduled Bank since 1955, having a network of 151 branches in the province of Punjab invites Expression of Interests (EOIs) from Chartered Accountant firms of category “A & B” on SBP Auditor’s penal having knowledge, capacity & experience to handle the assignment of IFRS-16 in Banks/DFIs as per requirements of SBP

Jobs Requirement & Experience

 1)      The The consultant will be responsible for Identification of all assets & liabilities that fall within the purview of IFRS-16 (Leases)

2)      Collection of information/data on Leases.

3)      Suggesting accounting treatment including entries for P & L and Balance Sheet to be passed for leases under IFRS-16

4)      Establishing the principles for the recognition, measurement, persuasion and disclosure of Leases.

Qualification & Experience

1)          The assignment requires the subject matter expertise and related experience of working with other Banks/DFIs.

2)          The Firm should have experienced resource(s) to handle the assignment, The Expression of Interest proposals received against above mentioned job requirements & responsibilities will be examined and Technical & Financial Proposals will be called through Bidding document for further proceeding. The decision of the Bank will be final and binding to all.

Square, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam Lahore on or before 14.6.2021 before the closing of office hours i.e.5.30 pm.
